Meet the Team
One of Pinners most long standing estate agents with over 30 years’ experience, he was proud to become the owner of David Charles in 2006. Previously a local resident of Pinner and Northwood he now lives in Central London enticing city workers to move to our affluent suburban area. Working front of house allows him to retain the ethos of the company known for its boutique, friendly style where the client always comes first. He enjoys spending time with family, swimming, socialising and travelling to different parts of the world to expand his knowledge.
Simeon has over 15 years’ experience in the property industry working across South London, Surrey and Middlesex. His broad knowledge gives him the ability to give clients the best help and advice possible, alongside his kind and friendly approach. Being a dedicated family man, he has little spare time, but when he does, he loves to train at the gym, although he has a sweet tooth and regularly bring treats into the office
Hiran joined David Charles in late 2016 and has over 22 years’ experience in the industry working across North London and Hertfordshire. He prides himself on his friendly but professional customer service approach which has aided in success. In his spare time Hiran is an avid photographer, as well as enjoying cooking and expanding his culinary knowledge.
Allison joined David Charles in 2020 to support the team in all areas of Administration. Previously she worked as a Human Resources Administrator in the hotel industry and has experience in all aspects of customer service. She is self-motivated with a positive mindset and after joining a body transformation course in 2015, she found a passion for fitness and now enjoys training in her spare time.
Sarah has been with the David Charles team since 2017. Having previously worked as a travel agent in Pinner High Street, she finds working closely with customers looking for their ideal home, equally enjoyable. Having lived locally with her family for most of her life she and her husband have never wanted to leave the Pinner/Harrow area. She enjoys meeting friends, gardening, long walks with her dog as well as exercise classes at her local gym.
Claire is French and has worked in both France and the United Kingdom in different industries in customer services. Since joining David Charles in 2018 she really enjoys working in a sales environment and is especially interested in architecture and decoration. In her spare time, she enjoys history, music and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She is also a regular dog walker for some of the local residents.
Ray has been with David Charles since the Summer of 2023. He has spent most of his working life in finance in the city, but the last three years have been in the property industry. He knows Pinner better than most, having lived in the village for over 30 years, and he enjoys history, architecture, and spending time with the family.
Janice has been arranging all our new move ins since 2017 and ensures the property is safe and compliant. She enjoys her role and manages to keep the move in process as smooth as possible. After work you will either find her running, walking or with her head in a good book.
Tricia has been in the industry for 28 years and has been with us since 2016. There is not much she has not encountered within the rental market over the years and is always around to offer support and advice on all things lettings and property management. In her spare time she likes to travel abroad and relax with her family and friends.
