Warren Baker (Managing Director)

With over twenty years experience in the property industry in both Central London and Middlesex he took over  David Charles four years ago, with a vision to create a company known for honesty, clarity and integrity. He enjoys swimming (but not the gym), socializing, travelling and the buzz of the job.

Dean Hope (Pinner)

Having an interest in property since a young boy he confesses that he loves the job (well it’s only been three years!)  A self confessed film fanatic, he is enthusiastic, hard working and the definite joker of the team often putting a smile on our faces, however stressful the situation.

Emma Stark (Lettings Director)

Emma joined us as Head of Lettings in 2008 having worked locally for many years, bringing with her a number of loyal clients. Landlords and tenants alike benefit from her bubbly personality, in depth knowledge and commitment to provide her clients with the highest level of customer care.  In her spare time Emma enjoys seeing live music and various comedy acts.

Jon Cook (Ruislip)

Living in the area for over twenty years with six years experience in the local property market, Jon has had a passion for music, playing drums and the guitar from a young age. He also enjoys many sporting activities such as football and golf.

Graham Laikin (Ruislip)

Joining our expanding Residential Sales team in 2009 he has brought a wealth of knowledge gained through eighteen years experience in the property market. He enjoys various sporting activities including squash and football, and has a keen interest in the Arts, particularly live music events and gallery exhibitions.

Marie Hartnett (Pinner)

A local resident for over twenty years, Marie joined David Charles three years ago as Warren’s Personal Assistant.  She has been involved in organising a number of local charity events.  In our opinion you won’t find a more loyal or reliable member of the team and we feel she really is the back bone of our business.

Adam Stimpson (Pinner)

Once a resident of Pinner and now Northwood, he has enjoyed thirteen years within the industry. After training as a diamond valuer at ‘DeBeers’ he found the move to valuing houses was a little easier! In his spare time, when not selling houses, Adam enjoys off road mountain biking and photography.
